VIDEO: Justin Bieber Arrested In Miami Beach, On Criminal Charges

International pop sensation Justin Bieber has been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) and drag racing.

He’s also been charged with driving on an expired license and for resisting arrest without violence. Yikes! TMZ also has a video from the scene.
It looks like Justin was leaving a club and driving in a yellow Lamborghini at the time of his arrest — in a residential neighborhood where people with Justin had blocked off the street so he could race. There are so many people we want to wag our fingers at right now. But hey, if you’re going to get arrested for drag racing, you might as well do it in a Lambo, right?

Lagos State University (Lasu) : New Update On The Riot

Last night, some students of the Lagos State University (LASU) barricaded a section of the Ojo road, which leads to the school.

Speaking with an eyewitness, who remained anonymous, it was learnt that in June 2013, before the six months ASUU strike that ended in late December, the school authorities closed down the school's website, thereby preventing students from further registration.

On Friday Jan 17, 2014, fast rising Asaba film maker Lawrence Onuzulike was surrounded by SARS team while on the set of the movie entitled, Bloomsberry Hotel, in Ajah area of Lagos. According to eye witnesses, he was thoroughly beaten before he was whisked away without any reason given to his film crew or artistes working with him.

 Following the celebrated endorsement contract, which star actress Genevieve Nnaji signed with Etisalat Telecoms, Nollywood movie producer, director, Charles Novia has voiced his thoughts concerning celebrity endorsement contracts. The filmmaker is not against any entertainment celebrity signing an endorsement contract with any brand in Nigeria. The prolific writer is only concerned about the rules imposed on the artistes by these brands. According to him, ‘the dos and don’ts are watertight for the artistes…and could be argued in a civil rights court of law.’
