Yvonne Nelson Finally Speaks On Rumours Of Her Skin Bleaching

The rumors has been ongoing for nearly a year that actress Yvonne Nelson is bleaching her skin she has kept quiet about this rumors since But the mention of her name by a US website, Atlanta Blackstar, as one of 15 black celebrities believed to be whitening their skin, moved Miss Nelson to give a response.

Adams Oshiomhole, Governor of Edo State reportedly gave girl hawking plantain chips a cheque of one million naira at New Benin by Total filling station in Benin City, tuesday.

According to report, the governor was passing by with his entourage and when he was spotted by some kids hawking, they got scared and took to their heels but this little girl who was hawking plantain chips was bold enough not to run with the others.
She stayed back and greeted the governor.

John Mikel Obi Will Arrive Lagos In Chelsea Jet For Glo/CAF Awards

The Glo/CAF African Player of the Year Award 2014 will hold today Thursday January 9th at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos and one of its nominees, Super Eagles and Chelsea midfielder, John Mikel Obi, will be specially flown into Lagos for the ceremony in a jet provided by his club, Chelsea.

“I am coming for the CAF awards, I will be flown in and out of Nigeria by the Chelsea jet. I will arrive on the awards day and return immediately after,” Mikel told MTNFootball.com “It is an honour to be selected and nominated for the award. I am looking forward to winning it for my country.” He also said

BOXER BASH ALI: Seeks Entry Into Guinness Book Of World Records

 

Cruiser-weight boxer Bash Ali on Tuesday in Abuja said his 7 years of struggle to enter his name in the Guinness Book of World Records has almost become a reality.


He mentioned this after the Minister of Sports, Bolaji Abdullahi, inaugurated the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the Bash Ali Guinness Book of World Records Title Fight Project.
It would be recalled that Ali had since 2006 been appealing to the Federal Government to stage the fight.

He had previously said that the fight would take him and his country Nigeria into the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest boxer to feature in a world title fight.
