Leadership; the Process.

In conclusion of this insightful series, we will take a close but very brief look at the process of leadership. The journey as I love to call it.

It is an interesting journey that should however not be mistaken for a jolly ride, because in the journey of leadership there are bound to be high and low moments. But of such is life.

However, the process would always be bearable if both parties; the leader and the led, fully understand their respective roles and stick to it to the letter.

The process becomes fun when the desired results begin to surface, so in this, a lot of endurance and tolerance is encouraged.

“Patience is a virtue” they say, so always remember that “Rome was not built in a day” and as such you should not expect an overnight miracle of transformation.

The walk to greatness has never been easy, so as a parting shut I will say:

Arise o’ compatriots; obey this call for national transformation, Let us serve our fatherland with love, strength and faith that Nigeria will get better. We have no other nation, no other identity. Let us save Nigeria.

Let the labour of our fallen heroes; the labour of our fore-fathers, yours and mine, not be in vain. Let us serve with our heart and might and present a free nation; one of peace and unity.

Arise o’ compatriots!! Arise!!

LONG LIVE NIGERIA!!
