Justice Latan Nyorde has allowed the use of video clips as evidence in the case of the four undergraduates killed by a mob in Aluu last year.
Justice Nyorde dismissed the objection by one of the defense lawyers, Emmanuel John; that the police officer who tendered the video clips was not the one who made the recording.
The court said the video is relevant to the trial and admissible as evidence, regardless of who the maker of the video is. The court has adjourned to November 14 for continuation of the trial
