Mrs Orelope Adefulire, the Lagos State Deputy Governor blasted a female dancer
who performed recently with Iyanya; the kukere master at the closing ceremony of the MTN Lagos Street
Soccer event which held at the Campus Mini Stadium in Lagos Island. Below is
the brief conversation that ensued between Her Excellency and the said dancer.
Deputy Governor: I guess you are professional dancers?
Iyanya's Dancer: Yes ma!
Deputy Governor: if you must entertain without pants on, certainly not in a gathering like this. just see how you are dis gracing and degrading womanhood. don't try it again.
